Warranty Information

During the first year that you own your home, you are covered by a one year Windsor Homes builder warranty.  Please document any issues you may have on our Quality Assurance form and submit to our office ( link to Warranty Form ).  We will forward your issues to our Construction Manager to assure they are addressed in a timely manner. After the initial one year warranty has expired, Windsor Homes has provided you with an additional limited warranty through Centricity.

You should have received a warranty booklet from Centricity in the mail shortly after closing. Please keep this booklet in a convenient location for future reference.
